Dear Parents/Guardians,
Some LISA families may receive a P-EBT card in the mail. This benefit is issued by the Arkansas
Department of Human Services and The Arkansas Department of Education.

The P-EBT is a program that will assist families who have lost access to free or reduced school meals due to the school closures. This benefit is for all students that were approved for free or reduced meal s who were enrolled in a public or private schools as of April 1, 2020. The P-EBT card should be received in July in the amount of $319 per eligible child. This amount will be loaded on existing SNAP EBT card that are current or have not been close more than 6 months. New P-EBT card will be issued with the child’s name on it to those non-SNAP households.
Payments will be mailed to the address LISA Academy had on file as of April 1, 2020. Non-SNAP
households with questions should contact Client Assistance at 800-482-8988. SNAP households will
follow the same DCO business process that is in place by reporting the changes to Client Assistance or
their local county office.
